I wanted to wait a little while after getting my car to write my review. I originally went into AutoLand September 31st to look at cars. The office was very clean and inviting, as were the staff. After I was shown a few cars by Pete, I was able to get a 2015 Chevy Sonic with not so great credit and no co-signer. Not to mention, Paul got me a 3 year warranty! I put a small deposit on the car and brought in the rest of my down payment a week later and everything ran smoothly! My monthly payments even went down from what they originally thought it was going to be, which is great! The process was super easy and both Pete and Paul were super nice and took care of everything for me.I have to say that coming from a family of mechanics and dealing with vehicles and dealerships my entire life, I was totally expecting the typical 'car salesman' phrases and everything. This experience wasn't even like that at all. The experience was fantastic, and the car is even better! I am very happy and want to thank Pete and Paul for their work in helping!

Well the 2-times i was their was pleasurable. Trying to purchase a second truck , but what happened was my son moved to florida . So i went in told paul what happened he was very understanding with no problem. Great guy , would definitely go back . Thank you again paul for all your help , and patience .

Short answer: Amazing highly recommend! Long Answer: After other dealerships tried to screw us with “fees” and “taxes” that added an additional 50-60% onto the price, we went to Autoland rather defensive. We walked the lot with zero pressure, and after finding a vehicle in our price range, we were directed to Tom. He was a straight shooter, very knowledgeable, didn’t pressure us and answered all questions about the vehicles we were interested in. He gave us an out the door price that was almost dead on (within about $100!! Impressive), as well as none of bogus “fees” the other dealerships had (of course there’s some, but it was reasonable). From the time I walked on the lot with a pre-approved draft from the bank, about 30-45 minutes later I left with a bill of sale. There was some corrosion on the battery, Tom and Paul said no problem, made the notes on the service order, and will be getting it replaced brand new for pickup on Monday. Carfax was clean and the test drive was as great as the condition of the vehicle. Thanks again Tom and Paul for the best car buying experience I’ve ever had!
